GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR TOOTHPASTE
Choosing the right toothpaste is a good start, but in order to get all its benefits you also need to use it the right way.
Use a pea-sized amount
Don’t use too much toothpaste. A small amount is enough to give your teeth the proper protection.
Brush twice a day
To prevent tooth decay, gum disease and bad breath, you should brush at least two times a day.
Spit out, don’t rinse
Spit out excess toothpaste after brushing, and avoid eating, drinking or rinsing for at least 30 minutes or it will wash away the protective ingredients in the toothpaste.
